Who we are

This website is operated by 7upToHeaven (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at privacy@7uptoheaven.com with any privacy question or request.

What we collect

The only personal information this website collects is the email addressyou voluntarily submit through the waitlist form. We don't ask for your name, and this site has no user accounts, sign-in, or in-app data of any kind — it's a single landing page.

How we use it

• To send a one-time email confirming that you own the email address you signed up with (double opt-in).
• To send you a welcome email once you've confirmed.
• To email you when 7upToHeaven launches, and occasional updates about our progress before then.

We don't sell your email address, and we don't use it for anything beyond communicating with you about 7upToHeaven.

Who we share it with

We use two service providers to run this site, and your email address is only ever shared with them, as our processors:

• Resend — stores your email address and sends the confirmation, welcome, and launch emails on our behalf.
• Vercel — hosts this website and provides privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (page views and referrers only; no personal data, no tracking across sites).

Cookies

This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for parents and adults, not children. We don't knowingly collect any information from children through this site — the waitlist form only ever collects the submitting adult's email address.

Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email privacy@7uptoheaven.com at any time to have your email address removed from our list entirely.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above. Since our only relationship with you at this stage is your email address, we'll also let you know by email if a change is material.
